A 6m x 3m mural to commemorate their 5th anniversary.
The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) celebrated its 5th anniversary as an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). IAL was set up to raise the standards of adult education in Singapore, and drive research and innovation in this space.
The milestone event was marked by the official unveiling of the 3,500-square-foot physical space of the Adult Learning Collaboratory (ALC), a joint initiative between IAL and SkillsFutureSingapore (SSG).
Idea Ink was tasked with commemorating the organisation's distinguished milestones on a 6-metre by 3-metre illustrated wall mural.
Gracing the opening ceremony was former President of the Republic of Singapore, Mdm Halimah Yacob, and Minister of State for Education, Ms Gan Siow Huang.
We were blown away when they provided a clear visual of how the mural would look in our office, which helped us choose our colours. When we needed to do a rush job to transform the design into a video, they executed it beautifully, and the audience was blown away by the vibrancy of the design.

Did you know that they've also launched a first-of-its kind Adult Learning Collaboratory (ALC)! It's a platform with an open-innovation ecosystem and diverse stakeholders to tackle challenges with adult learning and workforce training.
